Preparation:
- Add a tablespoon to a drinking glass of water, juice or beverages and stir before drinking.
- Add to soups, salads and oatmeals (to let seeds absorb water before consuming).
- Bake into breads and cakes.
- Mix 1 portion seed to 4-6 portions water, stir and let sit till it becomes a gel (chia gel can be added into salad dressings, porridges and desserts).
Recommended daily intake: 2 tablespoons (15g) for adults. Half the recommended serving of adults for children.
Storage: Place in air tight container. Store in dry, dark place.
