Commonly known as a great health drink for its cooling and calming effect. A good source of vitamins A and C. Lower blood pressure and cholesterol. May help to reduce inflammation.
Brewing methods: Preferably using a teabag or a tea strainer to keep flower petals from getting into your cup. Use 0.2 ounces (about 5 grams) dried chrysanthemum tea with 3 cups water. Let steep for 3-5 minutes. Add in sugar or honey to improve the taste if prefer.
