After you have received the order confirmation via email. You can PayNow to our UEN: 201808834C
Please quote your order number in the reference field.
We deliver according to the following schedule.
Please contact us if you need the items urgently.
Reusable containers will be cleaned and sanitised to hold delivery orders. We seek your understanding that these containers have to be returned back to UnPackt.
You may return the containers to us when we do your subsequent delivery or you may drop it off at either one of the stores.
[To donate containers] We are currently accepting CNY cookie containers and instant coffee jars. Do ensure they are cleaned and have their labels removed before donating. As it is subjected to available shelf space at the stores, kindly call or email to check with us first. We seek your understanding that we reserve the right to decline them under circumstances which we find containers are unsuitable i.e. dirty, broken or in bad conditions.
All containers that are collected back will be washed and sanitized. Hence, there is no need to wash them. It will be up to your preference.
However, please do wash those container that are used to contain dried shrimp and anchovies.
